How do I enable and use Download+?
When you're in hkSetupPlus, change to the "Manage Updates" tab. Turn on the "Enable Download+" option, and make sure that the Ticket number is entered. Now when you install plugins using hkSetupPlus, the downloads will use Download+ features.
