"If the extra attributes are descriptions, they're meant to fill in for audio browsers and other "assistive" browsers. This may be required for compliance with "dissability & useability" laws."

Rather handy
"Rather handy tool, liked being able to easily make the frames which were more complex, dont think the I would've been able to do that in the HK frame wizard. But its a little annoying that it inserts code with single quotation marks when the standard seems to be double. It also inserts extra attributes which you basically have to delete each time."
