Enter a list of extensions of files that should be previewed through the web server, such as "php;asp;jsp" (without the quotes). Click the "Plugin" radio button and pick "hkRemotePreview" from the drop-down menu. Click "OK" followed by two more "OK" clicks to close the preferences dialog.
